摘要
目的分析关于护生实习期间职业防护研究的相关文献,以揭示实习护生职业防护的现状,从而改善护生的职业防护行为。方法以"实习护生"、"护生"、"职业防护"、"职业暴露"为主题词,检索中国期刊网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台及维普中文科技期刊数据库等,分析发表在国内期刊上的有关护生职业防护研究的文献,利用Excel软件建立数据库,对纳入文献的发表年份、作者、期刊分布及研究内容等方面进行计量学分析。结果共纳入509篇文献,分布在198种期刊上,分布较为分散,2002年以后文献数量呈波动状态,整体呈现上升趋势。文献类型以调查性研究和综述为主,干预性研究和质性研究较少。结论实习护生职业防护的相关研究逐渐进入发展阶段,但理论性探讨较多,干预方法较为广泛,尚未形成完善的体系和统一的标准,仍需进一步的研究和探索。
Objective To analyze the relevant literature on occupational protection research during nursing internships in order to reveal the status of occupational protection of internship nursing students and improve their occupational protection behavior.Methods With the subject words of"internship nursing students","nursing students","occupational protection",and"occupational exposure",the Chinese Journal Network(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database were analyzed.Literatures published on domestic occupational protection studies published in domestic journals,and Excel software was used to establish a database to perform quantitative analysis on the publication year,author,journal distribution,and research content of the included literature.Results A total of 509 articles were included,which were distributed in 198 journals.The distribution was relatively scattered.The number of documents fluctuated after 2002,and the overall trend showed an upward trend.The literature types are mainly investigative studies and reviews,and there are fewer interventional studies and qualitative studies.Conclusion Research on occupational protection of internship nursing students has gradually entered the development stage,but there are more theoretical discussions and extensive intervention methods.A perfect system and unified standards have not yet been formed,and further research and exploration are needed.
