不同苜蓿品种抗寒性研究及综合评价 被引量:5

摘要 以10个不同苜蓿品种为材料,研究苜蓿越冬率与越冬前株高、分枝数、根颈入土深度和根颈直径之间的关系。参试的10个苜蓿品种越冬率、株高、分枝数、根颈直径和根颈入土深度之间均存在显著性差异(P <0. 05),其中苜蓿品种SPYDER越冬率、分枝数、根颈入土深度、根颈直径显著高于其他苜蓿品种;WL712株高显著高于其他苜蓿品种,SPYDER株高显著低于其他品种;利用灰色关联对不同秋眠级苜蓿进行综合评价,其中SPYDER表现最优。对各指标进行相关性分析及回归分析,越冬率与越冬前株高呈极显著性负相关(P<0. 01),进行线性回归两者高度拟合;越冬率与根颈入土深度、根颈直径呈极显著正相关(P<0. 01),其中根颈入土深度相关系数最大,两者呈非线性相关,根颈直径与越冬率呈高度拟合的线性关系。结果可知,越冬率的高低与越冬前株高、根颈入土深度和根颈直径有关;灰色关联度法对10个不同秋眠级苜蓿进行综合评价,得出最适合宁夏北部地区种植的苜蓿品种是SPYDER。 Ten different cultivars were used as materials to study the relationship between the overwintering rate and the plant height,branch number,root neck depth and rhizome diameter before overwintering.There were significant differences in overwintering rate,plant height,branch number,root neck diameter and root neck depth between the 10 alfalfa varieties(p<0.05),among which the overwintering rate,branch number,root neck depth and root neck diameter of SPYDER alfalfa variety were significantly higher than other alfalfa varieties;The plant height of WL712 alfalfa variety was significantly higher than other alfalfa varieties,SPYDER alfalfa variety was significantly lower than other varieties;gray correlation was used to comprehensively evaluate different fall dormancy scales alfalfa varieties,among which SPYDER alfalfa variety performed best.The correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that the overwintering rate was significantly negatively correlated with the plant height before wintering(p<0.01),and the linear regression was highly fitted.The overwintering rate was positively correlated with root neck depth and root neck diameter(p<0.01),in which the correlation coefficient of root neck depth was the largest,and there was a nonlinear correlation between them.There was a linear relationship between root neck diameter and overwintering rate.The results showed that the overwintering rate was related to plant height,soil depth of root neck and diameter of root neck before overwintering.And using gray correlation method to comprehensively evaluate 10 different fall dormancy scales alfalfa varieties,we find that the most suitable cultivar for planting in northern Ningxia is SPYDER alfalfa variety.
