摘要
为探求施氮与青贮发酵品质的关系,本试验以大力士甜高粱为材料,测定不同施氮水平(0、75、150、225、300 kg N·hm-2)对甜高粱干物质产量、营养价值和青贮发酵品质的影响。试验结果表明,施氮促进了甜高粱硝酸盐的积累,青贮过程中硝酸盐降解的多寡影响了最终的发酵品质;施氮通过影响WSC和CP的比例进而影响了青贮甜高粱的发酵品质。施氮量为150 kg N·hm-2处理下的青贮发酵品质更佳。施氮量225 kg N·hm-2处理下的甜高粱干物质产量最高,因此150~225 kg N·hm-2是甜高粱用作青贮饲料适宜的施氮量。
This study was conducted to determine the relationship between nitrogen and silage fermentation quality of sweet sorghum(Sorghum bicolor cv.‘Hunnigreen’)under different rates of nitrogen(0,75,150,225,300 kg N·hm-2).Results show that increasing nitrogen rates promoted the accumulation of nitrate in sweet sorghum,the amount of nitrate degradation during ensiling process affected the final fermentation quality.The ratio of WSC and CP was affected by nitrogen fertilizer;therefore the fermentation quality of sweet sorghum silage was affected.The fermentation quality of silage was better under the treatment 150kg N·hm-2 and the highest dry matter yield was at 225kg N·hm-2.Therefore,the suitable amount of nitrogen fertilizer for sweet sorghum as silage was 150-225 kg N·hm-2.
