不同施氮水平对高粱子粒淀粉积累规律的影响 被引量:16

摘要 以铁杂17号(高淀粉)和辽杂11号(低淀粉)高粱为试验材料,研究了不同氮素用量对高粱子粒淀粉积累的影响。结果表明,适当增加施氮量,可提高高淀粉高粱品种总淀粉含量和支链淀粉含量。高粱子粒中直链淀粉、支链淀粉和总淀粉含量均随子粒灌浆过程的推进呈不断上升的趋势。各处理直链淀粉、支链淀粉、总淀粉积累速率均呈单峰曲线变化,其峰值出现在子粒开始灌浆后第28天前后。支/直链淀粉比值在灌浆初期呈逐渐上升趋势,灌浆盛期达到最大值,末期逐渐下降。 Sorghum hybrids "Tieza 17" ( high starch) and "Liaozal 1 " ( low' starch) were studied for effects of nitrogen application levels on starch accumulation in sorghum grams. The results showed that amylose content amylopectin content and total starch content increased continuously during grain 'filling stage. The total starch and amylopectin contents of the high starch sorghum hybrid were high under medium nitrogen application. The amylase amylopectin and total starch accumulation rates of all treatments had a change with mono-peak curve, and reached the maximum on the 28th day after anthesis. Amylopectin/amylose ratio showed a rising trend in the early filling stage and reached the maximum at the active grain-filling stage, then decreased at late grain-filling stage.
