摘要
目的:探究个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的影响。方法:选取于2015年5月到2016年5月期间被我院收治的老年高血压患者100例作为本次的研究对象,其中男性患者46例,女性患者54例,为了保证研究结果的准确性和公平性,将其随机分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,平均每组50人。对照组的50例患者实施基本的常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上行个体化护理。一段时间后对两组患者的血压情况和并发症发生率进行分析比较。结果:观察组经护理后血压情况和并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者实施个体化护理对于改善患者血压情况,同时也能有效降低并发症发生率,对于提高疾病治疗效果有着重要的现实意义,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To explore the influence of individualized nursing on blood pressure and complications in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: from May 2015 to May 2016 period in our hospital 100 cases of elderly hypertensive patients as the object of this study, including 46 cases of male patients, 54 female patients, in order to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the results, which were randomly divided into two groups, respectively as observation group and control group, each group 50 people. The control group of 50 patients with basic routine care, the observation group patients on the basis of individualized nursing. After a period of time, the blood pressure and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: the blood pressure and complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: the effect of individual nursing care for the improvement of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients, but also can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and has important practical significance to improve the therapeutic effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
