摘要
目的:总结60例复方丹参注射液联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压疾病患者的中医调护护理体会。方法:对120例妊娠高血压疾病患者分为观察组和而对照组,对照组给予一般护理常规,观察组在一般护理常规的基础上给予中医调护错时比较两组患者的血压、临床症状的改善及妊娠预后。结果:60例观察组患者总有效率为98.3%,对照组88.3%,差异有统计学意义。结论:在应用复方丹参注射液联合盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压疾病的同时,护士给予有效地中医调护措施,能预防并发症发生,大大提高了产科质量。
objective: to summarize the experience of 60 cases of compound danshen injection combined with rabellol in treating patients with hypertensive disease. Methods: 120 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension disease were divided into observation group and the control group, control group given general care routine, the improvement of the clinical symptoms and prognosis of pregnancy. Results: the total effective rate was 98.3% in 60 patients and 88.3% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the application of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined therapy with hydrochloric acid labetalol pregnancy-induced hypertension disease at the same time, the nurse to give effective TCM regulating measures, can prevent complications, greatly improving the quality of obstetrics.
