摘要
丹参注射液是由丹参经提取、纯化等现代化工艺而制成,临床证实其对于心脑血管相关疾病具有显著的疗效,由于其起效迅速,治疗效果显著而被广泛应用于临床急、重症患者的治疗。研究表明,丹参注射液中含有丹参中的水溶性成分及微量的脂溶性成分,其中丹参素、丹酚酸、原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸、咖啡酸等水溶性化合物是丹参注射液发挥疗效的主要活性成分。通过查阅近年来有关丹参注射液的文献报道,本文从丹参注射液的药理学、药代动力学、质量控制研究3个方面对其进行综述,以期为丹参注射液的药理学研究、临床合理使用以及质量控制方法的开发提供参考。
Danshen injection is extracted and purified from Salvia miltiorrhiza. Its significant curative effect on cardiac-cerebral vascular diseases has been confirmed. It is widely applied in the treatment of acute and severe patients due to its rapid function. Danshen injection contains water soluble components and trace amount of fat soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The main active ingredients are the water soluble components, such as tanshinol, salvianolic acids, protocatechualdehyde, rosmarinic acid and caffeic acid. This paper viewed the research progress in Danshen injection from 3 aspects（pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and quality control） via consulting the literatures of Danshen injection in recent years, and hopes to provide reference for pharmacological research, clinical rational use and the development of the quality control of Danshen injection.
