摘要
目的:探讨DAPK、c-mcy、P53、Caspase-3在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:筛选2015年1月至2016年12月我院妇科收治的121例子宫内膜癌、68例子宫内膜非典型增生以及40例正常子宫内膜患者作为观察对象。对采集到的标本进行相应处理,并应用相应的试剂盒进行免疫组化检测,观察各组标本的免疫组化结果,对比不同组别病变中DAPK、c-mcy、P53、Caspase-3的表达效果。结果:DAPK启动子甲基化率、c-mcy、、P53蛋白检测结果显示子宫内膜癌P53阳性率(P<0.05)明显高于非典型增生组与正常内膜组;Caspase-3在三组标本中表达效果存在显著差异,以正常内膜组表达效果最高,而子宫内膜癌组表达效果最低,不同组别的c-mcy检测阳性率比较存在显著差异,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:DAPK、c-mcy、P53、Caspase-3的异常表达与子宫内膜癌的发生发展密切相关,其可能与细胞增殖、凋亡功能的异常有关,通过对DAPK、c-mcy、P53、Caspase-3表达的检测可协助判断患者的临床预后,并对疾病的早期诊断与治疗具有重要的指导作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of DAPK, c-mcy, P53 and Caspase-3 in endometrial carcinoma.
