摘要
目的:对鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术同期歪鼻整形的治疗效果进行深入的分析和研究。方法:收集我院2015年11月至2016年11月期间的35例鼻中隔偏曲并歪鼻患者,然后采用鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术同期歪鼻整形的方式对患者进行治疗,并观察患者的治疗效果。结果:本次研究的35例患者全部比较顺利地完成了手术,术后患者的鼻中隔位置正常,嵴突消失,而且鼻尖对中线的偏离在3毫米以下,患者的鼻通气状况良好。该组患者治愈25例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率是97.14%,而且随访发现患者的偏曲数值都在3毫米以下,并且没有出现任何鼻中穿孔和鼻腔粘连等并发症。结论:鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术同期歪鼻整形的治疗效果非常好,对患者造成的创伤和痛苦很小,并发症也比较少,可以促进患者早日恢复健康,因此可以进行临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze and study the treatment effect of nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscopy. Methods: Thirty-five patients with nasal septum deviation and crooked nose were collected from November, 2015 to November, 2016. The patients were treated with nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscopy. The therapeutic effect of the patients was observed. RESULTS: All 35 patients underwent successful surgery. The nasal septum was normal and the cristae disappeared. The deviation of the tip of the nasal tip from the midline was less than 3 mm. The patient’s nasal ventilation was in good condition. The patients were cured in 25 cases, effective in 9 cases, 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.14%, and follow-up found that patients with deviation values are below 3 mm, and there is no nasal perforation and nasal adhesions and other complications. Conclusion: The effect of nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscopy is very good. The trauma and pain caused by nasal septum correction is very good. The complication is less. It can promote the patients’ health recovery at an early date. Therefore, it can be popularized. application.
