摘要
以茶淀玫瑰香葡萄为试材,采用CTAB法对茶淀玫瑰香葡萄进行RAPD体系优化。模板DNA的浓度以100~250ng、4种底物浓度以dNTP0.2mmol/L、TaqDNA聚合酶2.0U、引物13.2ng、Mg2+2.0mmol/L为最佳反应体系,适宜玫瑰香葡萄PCR反应,扩增结果稳定。
The study was undertaken to identify material of Chadian muscat hamburg grape by ran-dom amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD).The result showed that the best system is the fit thick of template DNA is100~250ng,the thick of four kinds of substrate are dNTP0.2mmol/L,TaqDNA ranse1.0~2.0U,primer13.2ng,Mg 2+ 2.0mmol/L.
