摘要
本研究通过筛选致病力强的烟草野火病菌株作为抗原 ,制备了烟草野火病菌特异性的抗血清 ,研制出SPA ELISA、间接 ELISA 2种诊断试剂盒 ,使检测真正作到了简便、快速、灵敏、准确。同时 ,应用这 2种诊断试剂盒对从田间及温室中采集的土壤、烟株根围、田间杂草、种子进行检测 ,明确了云南烟草野火病的初侵染源主要为种子和根围。
Thirty seven strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci , the causal agent of tobacco wildfire,were isolated and identified from Yunnan Province. Based on the specific antiserum prepared by using the strong virulent strains as antigens, two kinds of diagnostic kits, Straphylococal protein A ELISA (SPA ELISA) kit and Indirect ELISA kit, were developed. Application of these new diagnostic kits revealed that seed and rhizosphere were the primary infection sites of tobacco wildfire. The new assay method requires relatively less time and is suitable for the field samples.
