烤烟野火病的防治药剂及施药时期研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了更好的对宜宾烟区烤烟野火病进行防治,采用双因素田间小区试验,研究了4种化学药剂和3个施药时期对烤烟野火病发生情况的影响。结果表明,化学药剂与施药时期对烤烟野火病病情指数、产量及产值都有显著影响;4%春雷霉素对烤烟野火病防治效果最好,3个施药时期烟株野火病病情指数均最低,3%噻霉酮和20%噻菌铜次之,50%氯溴异氰尿酸效果最差;施药时期以旺长末期开始施药效果最好,烟株产值最高,为41 863.95元/hm^2,下部叶成熟期施药次之;化学药剂和施药时期对烤烟产值综合作用表现为:施药时期>化学药剂>两者交互作用。综合考虑病情指数和产值,四川宜宾烟区以4%春雷霉素(800倍液)在旺长末期开始施用为烤烟野火病防治的较优组合。 In order to control Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci more effectively,a field plot experiment was conducted in Yibin to study the effects of four bactericides and three application periods on the occurrence of P. syringe pv. tabaci. The results showed that the bactericides and application period influenced disease index,yield and production value significantly. The control effect of 4% Kasugamycin was the best and it reached the lowest disease index at three application period,followed by 3% Benziothiazolinone and 20% Thiediazole copper,the effect of 50% Chloroisobromine cyanuric acid was the lowest. It was best to start the bactericides application at the end of the fast growing stage,the mean value was the highest( 41 863. 95 yuan/hm^2),followed by the mature stage of lower leaf. The combined effects of bactericides and application periods on tobacco production value were periods 〉 actericides 〉 interaction of periods and bactericides. Comprehensive consideration of the disease index and output value,the optimal pattern of bactericides and periods to control Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci was that the 4% Kasugamycin( 800 times) and applied at the end of the fast growing stage in Yibin tobacco area.
