摘要
目的提高专科护生临床护理技术操作能力。方法将内、外、妇、儿、五官科护理学中的各项操作技术进行优化、重组为“临床护理技能”,应用于2001级专科护生(观察组)的教学实践,授课毕进行问卷调查,并与采用传统教学法的2000级专科护生(对照组)比较理论、操作考试成绩,结果各项考试成绩观察组均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),大部分护生认为课程改革很有必要,非常喜欢学习训练方法,增强了自信心及动手能力等。结论优化、重组临床护理技能课,改革教学方法,有助于培养富有创新精神的应用型高级护理人才。
Objective To raise the manipulative ability of clinical nursing skills of the college nursing students.Methods The various nursing skills from Nursing Sciences of Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology and so on were opti-mized and recombined as a course of 'clinical nursing skills' to be applied to the students enrolled in 2001 (obser-vation group). The students enrolled in 2000 receiving traditional teaching method served as control group. Therecords of theoretical and manipulative examinations were compared between the two groups. Results The recordsof special and comprehensive skills in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.01). Most nursing students believed it was necessary to perform course reforming. Conclusion The optimi-zation and recombination of clinical nursing skill course and the reforming of teaching method are helpful to trainhigher grade practical nurses with innovative spirit.
