摘要
目的提高护生手术室护理操作能力。方法将 98级在手术室护理教学中、毕业前实习的 79名专科护生随机分为对照组 (39人 )和观察组 (4 0人 )。对照组采用传统教学方法 ;观察组建立模拟手术室 ,编写手术室操作讲义 ,采用互学式、反思讨论、角色扮演、模拟情景训练法教学。结果观察组理论考核成绩、单项操作考核、综合技能考核成绩与对照组比较 ,均P <0 0 1,差异有极显著性意义 ;教学方法得到护生的肯定和积极参与。结论手术室操作模拟训练教学法有助于学生动手能力、职业心理素质及综合能力的培养。
Objective To increase the nursing manipulation ability of nusing students in operating room. Methods Seventy-nine special nursing students of grade 98 engaging in graduating training in operating room were randomly divided into control group (n=39) and observation group (n=40). The control group received traditional teaching method, while in the observation group developing mimic operating room, the nursing students compiled teaching materials for operating room and following teaching methods including learning each other, discussion, roll play, mimic scene were applied. Results There were very significant differences in theoretical exam recordings, single munipulation exam, comprehensive skillful exam between observation group and control group (all P<0.01). The nursing students were in favor of these teaching methods and actively took part in. Conclusion Operating room manipulation mimic training teaching method was helpful to train the manipulating ability, professional mental quality and compressive ability of the nursing students.
