合理的撑竿跳高技术要求每个动作环节,以及各个动作之间的衔接均应符合力学原理,这样才有利于能量的转换,尽可能减少能量的消耗。因此,每一个技术动作环节都很重要,完成的好坏,直接影响着撑竿跳高的成绩,而从整体来看撑竿跳高的成绩又取决于握杆高度及腾越高度。
Proper pole jumping technique requires every jumping move and its link must conform to mechanics principle, which is helpful for energy transfer and the reduction of energy consumption. Therefore, every move and link is very important, whose good and poor completion directly influences the pole-jumping results. On the whole the results depend on the pole-holding height and the jumping-over height.
