摘要
在分析电机内部分布参数的基础上,建立脉宽调制(PWM)逆变器驱动系统共模回路的等效电路,由此得到以共模电压形式存在的轴电压的计算公式。为研究轴承电流产生机理及存在形式,建立模拟轴承内部接触和轴承油层击穿的轴承模型。通过仿真分析轴承电流与脉冲电压上升时间、电机内部分布电客之间的关系。最后给出抑制电机轴电压与轴承电流的方法,并通过对比分析验证其有效性。
This paper derives a common mode equivalent circuit for PWM inverter drive system from the distributed parameters of motor interior. Consequently, the formula of the bearing voltage in the form of common-mode voltage is presented. A bearing model for investigating the mechanism and form of bearing current is proposed, which simulates the bearing interior contact and oil layer breakdown. Simulation indicates the dependence of the bearing current on impulse voltage rise time and the distributed capacitance of motor interior. Finally a new method for suppressing the bearing voltage and bearing current is proposed, and its validity is proved.
