摘要
针对变频电机出现的轴承损坏问题 ,研究了电机在高频PWM逆变器驱动下轴承失效机理和失效过程 。
Aiming at the bearing failure of the frequency-conversion motor, the bearing failure mechanism and failure process when the motor is fed by the high-frequency PWM inverter are investigated in this paper. It is discovered that the chief reasons of the bearing failure of the frequency-conversion motor are the shaft voltage and bearing currents aroused by the PWM pulses. Lastly, the simulation results of the shaft voltage and bearing currents are presented in this paper.
