摘要
本文从公司治理的角度,分析了两种企业控制模式与市场结构的关系。研究表明,在寡头垄断市场条件下企业倾向于形成组织控制模式,在垄断竞争市场条件下企业倾向于形成市场控制模式,并且企业的控制模式随着市场结构的变化而变化。
From the perspective of corporate governance, this paper analyses the relationships between two control patterns of enterprise and market structure. The study shows, the firm tends to form organizational control pattern under the oligarch monopolization, the firm tends to form market control pattern under monopolistic competition, and control pattern is changeable with changes of market structure.
