摘要
目的探讨大学生孤独与社会支持、人际交往的关系及孤独心理康复的团体治疗。方法采用UCLA孤独量表、感情与社交孤独量表 (ESLS)、人际交往量表、交友量表、社交风格量表及SAS、SDS等 11种量表对 3 5 6名在校大学生进行测试。数据分析采用频数分布、分组t检验。结果孤独的高分组和低分组在社交、焦虑、抑郁、自尊等方面具有非常高度显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ;团体治疗对于孤独心理康复起到良好效果。结论孤独与情绪、人际交往、社会支持和自我评价等多因素相关 ;团体治疗可作为孤独心理康复的有效方法。
ObjectiveTo study isolation and coping skills for collegiate students.Methods356 collegiate students were evaluated using UCLA, ESLS, SAS, SDS and other 7 kinds questionnaires or inventories.The data were assessed by the frequencies, T-test by groups.ResultsThere were significant differences in social relation, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem between high and low isolation scores. There was positive effect using group therapy for the clients.ConclusionsThere are many factors such as emotion, human relations, social supports, and self-esteem related with isolation. Group therapy is an effective rehabilitation therapy for isolation. [
