摘要 共轭亚油酸 (Conjugatedlinoleicacids ,CLA)是亚油酸的立体和位置异构体的混合物 ,具有抗癌症、抗动脉粥样硬化形成、抗过敏、抗糖尿病等作用。近年来又发现在饲料中添加共轭亚油酸 ,可以起到促进畜禽的生长性能、降低脂肪、增加瘦肉率、调节免疫反应等生理作用 ,随着对共轭亚油酸研究的深入 ,其在畜牧生产中的应用必将发挥积极的作用。
