摘要
本文是在模拟试验的基础上,对截割破碎理论进行了研讨。其相似模拟系数为1:6。试验中采用了正交试验和回归分析方法。研究结果表明:进一步提高采煤机牵引速度,将会提高生产能力和降低比能耗;煤体截割破碎不是以某种破坏形式为主体单独作用的结果,而是由拉、压、剪三种破坏形式的均衡综合作用。
This paper discusses the theory of cutting based on the simulation test of model made of equivalent material.The magnification is 1:6.In the test, orthogonal experiment and regressive analysis method are used.The test results show that faster haulage speed will increase the production capacity of the shearer and lower the consumption of specific energy;and that cutting of coal is not a result of any mode of cutting alone,but a combination of tensile,compressive and shear forces.
