摘要
薄煤层采煤机螺旋滚筒普遍存在生产能力低、截割性能、装煤效果差等问题,因此螺旋滚筒的结构参数设计和选取至关重要。分析概括了国内外学者对薄煤层采煤机螺旋滚筒截割性能、装煤效果所做的贡献,针对现行研究办法及手段,提出了未来薄煤层采煤机螺旋滚筒的研究趋势,这些新的方法将使更加全面的研究薄煤层采煤机螺旋滚筒性能成为可能,对现行研究具有借鉴意义。
The problems of spiral drum of the thin coal seam shearer,such as low production capacity,cutting performance and poor coal loading effect,are very common. Therefore,the design and selection of the structural parameters of the spiral drum are very important. The contribution of scholars at home and abroad to the cutting performance and loading effect of spiral drum of thin coal seam shearer were analyzed and summarized. In view of the current research methods and means,the research trend of the spiral drum of the thin coal seam shearer in the future is put forward and these new methods will make the properties research of spiral drum of thin coal seam shearer more comprehensive become possible. It can be used for reference in the current research.
