肺癌、肺结核患者血中LPO、SOD测定的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解SOD、LPO在肺癌患者及肺结核患者血中的水平文化。方法随机选择肺癌患者 2 8例 ,肺结核患者 6 7例 ,正常对照 35例 ,检测血中SOD及LPO并进行比较分析。结果肺癌患者血SOD水平较正常对照明显下降 (P <0 0 1 ) ,而LPO水平则较正常对照组增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;肺癌各组类型间血中SOD、LPO水平无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;肺结核组患者血中SOD、LPO均较正常对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论肺癌患者血中SOD下降、LPO增高 ,可能对机体造成一定损害 ,肺结核血中SOD、LPO增高 。 Obiective To understand the changes of blood SOD,LPO levels in the patients with lung cancer and lung tuberculosis.Methods The 28 patients with lung cancer,67 patients with lung tuberculosis and 35 normal subjects were randomly selected and the blood SOD,LPO levels were measured in the above three groups respectively.Results The level of blood SOD in the patients with lung cancer was much lower than that of in the normal subjects( P <0.01),but the level of blood LPO was higher than that of in the normal subjcets.There were no significant differences of blood SOD and LPO levels in various types of lung cancer patients( P >0.05).Ther levels of blood SOD,LPO in patients with lung tuberculosis were obviously higher than those of in the normal subjects.Conclusions The level of blood SOD in patients with long cancer was lower,and that of blood LPO was higher.The body health may be damaged by the results.In addition,the levels of SOD,LPO in the patients with lung tuberculosis were both higher,this seems to have some protection effects for the body health.
