摘要
该文从Collins公式出发,对受光阑限制厄米-高斯光束的聚焦特性进行了研究.利用厄米函数的性质,推导出了受光阑限制的厄米-高斯光束轴上聚焦光强分布的解析公式.受光阑限制的厄米-高斯光束的轴上光强分布不仅与菲涅耳数有关,而且还与截断参数和光束模式有关.解析公式有利于研究厄米-高斯光束的轴上光强分布与菲涅耳数、截断参数和光束模式等之间的关系.
Starting from the Collins formula, the focusing property of apertured Hermite-Gaussian beams is studied. By using the properties of Hermite function, an analytical expression for the on-axis intensity distribution of apertured Hermite-Gaussian beams is derived. It is shown that the on-axis intensity distribution depends on the Fresnel number, truncation parameter and beam order. It is helpful for us to study the relationship between the on-axis intensity distribution and the Fresnel number, truncation parameter and beam order with the analytical expression.
