摘要 将硬边光阑门数函展开成复高斯函数,利用高斯光阑的ABCD矩阵形式,应用于厄米-高斯(H-G)光束,推导出了H-G光束通过内含硬边光阑的近轴ABCD光学系统的场分布的近解析传输公式,并与Collins公式计算结果比较,说明所得的解析结果的应用和优点. By expanding the rectangular function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, the propagation of Hermit-Gaussian beams through an apertured optical ABCD system is studied in the rectangular coordinates system, and approximate analytical propagation formulas of Hermit-Gaussian beams are derived and the signification of physics of expanded form is illuminated. As an application example, numerical calculations have been performed for the Hermnit-Gaussian beams by an apertured lens. The calculation was made with two sets of data and their results were compared to those of the diffracted integral. The result shows that our method can improve the calculation efficiency and the data updates is better than reference data.
