摘要
1-氨甲基-1-甲硫基-2-硝基乙烯(MAMTNE)是合成雷尼替丁的中间体。用差分脉冲伏安法研究了该中间体的电化学行为,用银基汞膜电极作工作电极,在NaAc-HAc溶液中,在-0.680 V有一灵敏的还原峰,该中间体的浓度在1.01×10^(-5)~1.51×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)范围内与峰高呈线性关系,其回归方程为Y=2.26×10~5X+1.52,相关系数为R=0.9993,RSD为3.14%。应用该法测定了几个合成样品,结果满意。
1-Amino-methyl-1-methio-g-nitro-ethene is that synthesize the middle substitutes of the Rannit-
dine. The electrochemical behavior was examined by differential pulse voltammerty with the mercury mem-
brance in silver electrode as working electrode. In the NaAc-HAc solution, at -0. 68 V has a sensitive reduc-
tive peak. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range with peak high at 1.01×10^(-5)~1.51×
10^(-4) mol·L^(-1), and to regression equation to Y=2.26×10~5X+1.52, related coefficient R=0.9993. Measure-
sed a few and actual sample, result satisfaction with that method.
