摘要
以2-噻吩甲醛和硝基甲烷为原料,β-丙氨酸为催化剂,DMF为溶剂合成了2-硝基乙烯噻吩。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对产物收率和纯度的影响。较佳反应条件为:n(2-噻吩甲醛)∶n(硝基甲烷)∶n(β-丙氨酸)=1∶1.2∶0.1,DMF为溶剂,在超声辐射下,90℃反应1h,产物2-硝基乙烯噻吩的收率为94%,纯度为99.1%。
2-Thienylnitroethylene was prepared with 2-Thiophenecarboxaldehyde and nitromethane as raw materials, β-alanine as catalyst and DMF as solvent. Effects on product yield and purity by ratio of raw materials, catalyst amount, reaction temperature and reaction time were studied. Yield of 2- Thienylnitroethylene and the purity could be up to 94% and 99. 1% respectively under the following optimal conditions: the mole ratio of 2-Thiophenecarboxaldehyde : nitromethane : β-alanine = 1 : 1.2 : 0.1, reaction temperature was 90 ℃ and reaction time was 1 h with ultrasonic radiation in DMF.
