风险投资发展对技术创新具有积极的推动作用。长期以来缺乏风险投资与技术创新关系的实证研究。风险投资与公司R&D投入都是技术创新的投入 ,谁更有效率 ?本文从风险投资性质和技术创新的组织形式出发分析了风险投资与技术创新的必然联系 。
Venture capital has a positive impact on technological innovation.In a long time,the relationship between venture capital and technological innovation has not been empirically researched.Venture capital and the input of corporate R&D are the input of innovation,but who is more effective?This paper analyzed the relationship between venture capital and technological innovation by understanding the features of venture capital and the organizational forms of technological innovation,and explained the strong impact of veture capital on technological innovation according to the evidence from U.S.A.
