摘要
根据汽轮发电机转子齿根的结构特点分析了超声波探伤的可行性,设计了专用的超声波探伤辅助装置,制定了相应的超声波探伤工艺和缺陷判定方法.经实际验证,该方法检测准确率高,重复性好,达到了使用要求,完全可以满足在役和制造中的汽轮发电机转子齿根的安全检测.
In this paper, feasibility of ultrasonic inspection is analysed according to structure characteristic of dentations root of turbogenerator rotor, a special tool of ultrasonic inspection is designed, a corresponding technics of ultrasonic inspection and method of defect determined is made. By the use of practice, this way has high veracity and repetition, getting the requirements of expectation, fulfilling the safe inspection of working and making dentations root of turbogenerator rotor.
