摘要
齿轮制造和运行过程中产生的内部缺陷是影响设备运行安全性的重要隐患。提出了一种基于XY运动平台的直齿圆柱齿轮内部缺陷超声自动检测方案,对相应的超声自动检测系统进行了设计分析。根据直齿圆柱齿轮的齿廓特点,采用超声纵波检测和弓字形扫描原则对超声探头的扫描路径进行规划。对齿轮超声检测信号特征进行了分析建模和内部缺陷位置的提取。在此基础上,开发软件实现了齿轮超声检测信号采集、扫描运动控制及内部缺陷的可视化。通过齿轮超声C扫描实验,验证了本方法的有效性。
The internal flaws in gears which occur during manufacturing and service have great effect on opera- tion safety of equipments. A scheme of automatic ultrasonic testing based on the XY motion platform is presented, and the corresponding automatic ultrasonic testing system is designed and analyzed. According to the characteristic of the cylindrical spur gear profile, the probe path is planned on the principle of the longitudinal wave testing and zigzag shaped scan. The signal feature of the uhrasonic testing on gear is modeled and analyzed to extract the position of the internal flaws. Moreover, a software is developed to realize the signal acquisition, the motion control and the visualiza- tion of the internal flaws. The validty of the work is verified by an ultrasonic C - scan experiment on gear.
