减水剂分子吸附在水泥颗粒表面,阻止水泥颗粒聚集。其分散作用机理有静电斥力作用、空间位阻作用、水化膜润滑作用及引气隔离"滚珠"作用。不同类型的减水剂作用机理不同,其中被广为接受的是静电斥力作用和空间位阻作用。减水剂对混凝土的作用影响着其工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能。
Superplasticizer molecules adsorbed on the surface of cement particles. They can prevent coagulation of the particles. The dispersion mechanism which are different for various types of superplasticizer include electrostatic repulsion effect, steric hindrance, hydration and lubrication film entraining isolation ' ball ' effect and the first two are widely accepted. The roles of superplasticizer on concrete affect their workability, mechanical properties and durability.
