水泥砂浆中消泡剂的应用性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了制各自流平性能良好的水泥基砂浆,本文研究了不同消泡剂种类及添加量对水泥基砂浆表观形貌的影响。选择消泡效果最佳、与减水剂相容性最好的1009型消泡剂,考察其不同添加量与水泥砂浆流动度和流动速度的关系。结果表明:相对于水泥质量,当1009型消泡剂添加量为1.2%时,水泥砂浆砂浆流动速度最大,即黏度最小;当1009型消泡剂添加量为0.9%时,消泡效果较好且水泥砂浆流动度最大,自流平性能最好。 The effects of the defoamer types and contents of defoamer on the apparent morphology of cement-based mortar were studied for preparation the cement-based mortar with good self-leveling property.The defoamer 1009 with the best defoaming property and the maximum solubility in water reducing agent was choosed to study the relationship between its content and the fluidity(and flowing velocity) of cement-based mortar.The results show that comparing to the quality of the cement-based mortar,when the content of defoamer 1009 reaches 1.2%,the flowing velocity of cement-based mortar is the fastest,and that is to say the viscosity of cement-based mortar is the minimum.When the content of defoamer 1009 reaches 0.9%,the effect of defoaming is the best and the fluidity of cement-based mortar is the maximum(the self-leveling property of cement-based mortar is the best).
