摘要
本文研究了水泥、乳液、消泡剂、木质纤维等组成材料的种类、掺量等因素对聚合物砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度和压折比的影响,分析和探讨了相关的作用机理,并研究了薄型柔性聚合物砂浆片材厚度对其垂直于板面方向的抗拉强度的影响,为薄型柔性聚合物砂浆产品的推广应用提供了技术依据。
In this paper,the effects of the types and content of cement,emulsion,defoamer and wood fiber cellulose on the compressive strength,the rupture strength,the binding strength and the ratio of the compressive strength to the rupture strength of polymer modified mortar are studied,and the related mechanism is analyzed and discussed.The effect of thickness on the out-of-plane tensile strength of flexible thin-layer polymer modified mortar sheet is also studied.It provides technical references for the promotion and application of thin flexible polymer modified mortar products.
