摘要
文章介绍了非洲毛里塔尼亚(Mauritanie)努瓦迪布(Nouadhibou)地区通过沙漠砂与机制砂掺配使用,利用CIMFLUID203萘系减水剂与CIMAXTARD2121缓凝剂混合使用,配制满足800米水平距离泵送的高流动性C45混凝土。同时通过优化配合比,拖泵选型,优选布管方案及浇筑方案,对混凝土生产、运输、二次泵送、浇筑等过程进行质量控制,成功完成努瓦迪布新矿石码头项目混凝土超长距离的泵送施工。
This paper introduces the process of preparing C45 high fluidity concrete which can be pumped for a horizontal distance of 800 metres by blending desert sand and man-made sand,and mixing naphthalene water reducing agent and retarder in Nouadhibou,Mauritanie.This paper also expounds the successful completion of the long distance concrete pumping work at the new ore port project in Nouadhibou,Mauritanie by controlling the quality of concrete production,transportation,twice pumping,and pouring through optimization of concrete mix-proportion,piping plan,concrete placing plan and selection of trailor pumps.
