摘要
以太古西山隧道1#斜井混凝土泵送为例,简要地介绍了在本工程情况下的混凝土泵送施工方案及设备选型,从斜井混凝土泵送施工方案、泵送施工工艺、混凝土输送泵输送管道截止阀的选型等几方面详细叙述了长距离向下泵送混凝土的控制技术,对同类混凝土泵送施工具有很强的指导意义。
The paper,taking the concrete pumping of the No.one slope well of Xishan Tunnel of Taigu highway,briefly introduces the construction plan of concrete pumping and equipment selection and explains in detail the control of downward long-distance pump concrete from the construction plan of slope-well concrete pumping,the techniques,the selection of cut-off valves of pump lines,which may be of guiding significance for construction of the same kind.
