摘要
毕氏肠微孢子虫是引起人体和多种动物腹泻的新发人兽共患病原体。种内呈现遗传多样性,已经鉴定出400多种毕氏肠微孢子虫基因型。迄今为止,在非人类灵长类动物中报道了73种基因型,其中51种基因型归聚在具有人兽共患传播特性的群组1,表明非人灵长类动物携带的毕氏肠微孢子虫具有人畜共患的可能性。本文就毕氏肠微孢子虫在非人灵长类动物中的感染率、基因型、人畜共患风险和致病性进行综述。
Enterocytozoon bieneusi is an emerging zoonotic pathogen which can cause diarrhea in humans and various animals.More than 400 genotypes of E.bieneusi have been described,showing genetic diversity.Up to now,73 ITS genotypes have been reported in non-human primates;of which,51 genotypes are clustered into groups,1 with zoonotic potential.The infection rates,genotypes,zoonotic risk and pathogenicity of E.bieneusi infection in non-human primates were summarized in this article.
