摘要
在全球化背景下,义务教育正在经历一次深度的转型,迫切需要重新确立优质学校的办学标准。义务教育优质学校办学标准的未来发展需要重新定位优质学校的功能与目的,重建多元化、特色化、国际化的现代学校制度,实现学校与政府、市场、社会关系的重整,率先实现优质学校教育课程的后现代转向,在谋求教育平等的基础上追求卓越。确定科学合理的办学标准,是走向优质学校的第一步;办好优质学校,为每位学生提供优质教育,是时代赋予优质学校的重要使命。
The compulsory education is experiencing an in-depth transformation in the context of globalization, which urgently needs to re-establish new standards for quality schools. The future standards for quality schools should be able to re-position the functions and purposes of quality schools, to reconstruct a diversified, internationalized modern school system, to moderate the relationships between the school, the government, market and society, so that the school curriculum can realize a postmodern turn and fulfill the goals of excellence and equality. Establishing the scientific and rational school standards is the first step leading to quality schools. Building quality schools to provide quality education for all is the mission of the quality schools at present.
