摘要
分析了矿渣MTC固井技术的特点,针对大港油田固井存在的技术难题,开展了适合大港油田固井的矿渣MTC工艺技术研究,优选出了适合于大港油田不同区块固井的MTC配方。在大港油田马东、板桥、小集等区块30多口井进行了现场试验,固井合格率100％,优质率85％,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the analyzing features of MTC cementing technology, the study on this technology was performed directly against difficulties exhibited in cementing in Dagang Oilfield, and the MTC formulas that can be applied to different blocks are optimized. The field tests in more than thirty wells of blocks covering Madong, Banqiao, Xiaoji, etc. obtain remarkable social and economic benefits -.100% cementing yield and 85% factor of merit.
