摘要
分析了马东深层固井存在的难点,研制出了适合马东深层固井要求的矿渣MTC体系,该体系具有流变性好、紊流临界排量低、与钻井液相容性好、静胶凝强度过渡时间短、沉降稳定性好、具有微膨胀特性等特点。在马东深层2口井的试验应用表明,第一和第二界面固井质量均达到了优质,社会效益及经济效益非常明显。
The MTC system is developed based on analyzing difficulties exhibited in cementing Madong deep zones. Advantages of this system include good rheology, low critical turbulent flowrate, good compatibility with mud, short transit time of static gel strength, fine settling stability and possessing micro-expansivity. Its applications to Madong deep zones in two wells attain high cementing quality and remarkable social and economic benefits.
