摘要
目的 :观察急性一氧化碳中毒 (acutecarbonmonoxidepoisoningACMP)者血浆内皮素 (endothelinsET)、血清一氧化氮 (nitrogenmonoxideNO)、肿瘤坏死因子 (tumornecrosisfactorTNF)的变化及常压氧 (normalbaricoxygenNBO)和高压氧 (hyperbaricoxygenHBO)对其的影响。方法 :建立实验性大鼠ACMP)模型 ,用放射免疫法分别测定ACMP时和给予HBO后大鼠血浆ET、血清TNF的浓度以及用改良镀铜镉还原法测定ACMP时和HBO治疗后NO的浓度。结果 :大鼠ACMP时 ,血浆ET、血清NO、TNF均升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;NBO、HBO治疗均可抑制血浆ET、血清NO、TNF的升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,但HBO要明显优于NBO。结论 :ACMP可使大鼠血中ET、NO、TNF升高 ,这种改变可能参与一氧化碳 (CO)对机体的损伤 ,而HBO对CO介导的ET、TNF、NO的变化有有益的调节作用。
Objective:In order to observe changes of the plasma endothelins (ET)and sennn nitrogen monoxide (NO) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) of the acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACMP) patients as well as an effect of hyperbaric oxygen( HBO)to them.Method:By establishing a rat experiment model of ACMP, and the method of radio-immunity was applied to determine the plasma ET and serum TNF concentration of the rat during ACMP and after HBO was carried out as well as the method of improved plating copper-cadmium technique was applied to determine the serum NO concentration of the rat during ACMP and after HBO was carried out.Result:After ACMP, the plasma ET and scram No and TNF concentrations of the rat all increased ( P <0.01); HBO can inhibit the increase of the plasma ET and serum NO and TNF ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Changes of increasing of blood ET and NO and TNF resulting in ACMP probably take part in injuries for CO to bodies, and HBO is helpful for mediated changes for CO to blood ET and NO and TNF.
