摘要
在科研管理中采用信息网络和信息技术,建立科研管理信息系统,对于提高科研管理的工作效率具有重要意义。科研管理信息系统的开发应选择功能好、适应性强、操作简单、易开发的管理软件。系统由人员、项目、成果、设备、经费、科研论文等子系统组成。科研信息管理系统的建设,需要既懂科研管理,又具备一定网络信息技术知识的科研管理人员。学校应采取多种形式,加大教育培训力度,加强对科研管理人员信息管理能力的培养。
It is important to adopt the information technology and establish the information system of science research to improve management efficiency. The software of the information system of science research management should be functional, flexible, and easy-operating. The system is composed of many subsystems, such as personnel, project, production, equipment, fund, and science papers. Both the knowledge of science research management and the skill of information technology are necessary for the establishment of this information system. The university should take measures to train the information competence of related personnel.
