摘要
高校管理队伍是高等学校的一支重要队伍,在高等学校的建设与发展中发挥着重要作用。管理信息化作为教育信息化的重要组成部分,使高校管理业务的分工发生了变化,对管理人员的心理产生了影响,对管理人员的道德建设提出了新的要求,同时也促进了管理人员的学习提高。
Management team in universities plays an important role in the construction and development of the university. As an important part of educational informationization, management informationization has exerted an impact on the construction of management team, such as changes in the division of labor, influence on the mentality of management staff, new demands on the moral construction and the promotion of staff's on-the-job learning and improvement.
