摘要
农村义务教育是整个基础教育改革与发展的重点和难点。分析当前农村义务教育存在的问题及产生的根源,心须坚持义务教育强制性与公平性原则,建立"以县为主"的农村义务教育管理体制,完善教育执法监督体系,实施教育扶贫工程,促进农村义务教育均衡发展。
Rural compulsory education is a key and difficult point in the reformation and development of the whole basic education. This essay,after analyzing the problems and their causes in rural compulsory education,suggests that the education stick to compulsiveness and equality,that we establish management system of rural compulsory education at county level,perfect supervision system of educational enforcement of law and carry out educational aidthepoor program,thus promoting balanced development of rural compulsory education.
