创伤后癫痫大鼠模型海马突触素的变化

摘要 目的 :探讨突触素在创伤后癫痫海马结构的改变及意义。方法 :应用铁离子杏仁体注射制作创伤后癫痫模型 ,用免疫组织化学和计算机图像分析技术定量分析海马各区突触素在不同时间的改变。结果 :模型组损伤侧及对侧齿状回分子层内带突触素免疫反应产物密度逐渐增加 ,1 5 d达高峰 ,一直延续到 30 d。结论 Objective:To study the significance of the changes of hippocampus synaptophysin in post-traumatic epilepsy rat model Methods:Rats were given an amygdaloid body injection of ferric chloride and the changes of synaptophysin at different time after injection were detected quantitatively with immunohistochemistry and computerized image analysis Results:The synaptophysin positive immunoreactive product in the inner molecular layer in the dentate gyrus was increased bilaterally over time in hippocampus,the strongest staining was on 15 days,and the increasing of positive immunoreactive product up to 30 days after iron injetion Conclusion:The changes of synaptophysin in the dentate gyrus may be the molecular and pathological elementt of post-traumatic epilepsy
