摘要
目的探讨氯化铁(FeCl3)致痫大鼠早期颅内电极脑电图的特点。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组(n=6)、对照组(n=6)、模型组(n=28)。模型组大鼠采用皮层内注射FeCl3溶液建立癫痫模型,对照组注射等量生理盐水,正常组不注射任何液体。通过颅内电极连续记录建模过程中早期脑电图。结果模型组28只大鼠左侧大脑皮层内注FeCl36min后,颅内电极脑电图开始出现间断性痫样放电;12min后,25只大鼠观察到突出于背景的快节律、高波幅异常放电,以及痫样异常放电由左侧半球向右侧半球快速扩散,同时观察到大鼠全身发作时行为改变。正常组和对照组脑电图均未发现癫痫样放电。结论早期颅内电极脑电图可观察到建模过程中的痫样放电及急性发作时典型表现,为创伤后癫痫的深入研究提供了较好的实验平台。
Objective To study the continuous changes in electroencephalogram (EEG) recorded by intracranial electrode in rats with epilepsy induced by intracortical injection of FeCl 3.Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,i.e.normal group (n= 6),control group (n=6),and model group (n=28).The epilepsy was induced by injection of FeCl 3 into the left cerebral cortexes in the rats of the model group.The rats in the control group received an intracoratical injection of the same volume saline.The changes in EEG were recorded by intracranial electrode from 2 hours before the intracranial injection to 2 hours after the injection in all the animals.Results The intermittent epileptic discharge began to appear 6minutes after the injection in all the rats of the model group.Abnormal discharging with high amplitude and frequency which spread from the left hemisphere to the right one,appeared 12minutes after the injection in 25 rats of the model group,in whom the generalized seizures-like behavior change were also observed.Conclusions The epileptic discharge and acute seizures may be produced by the intracortical injection of FeCl 3 in rats.An animal model is provided for the further study of prevention and treatment of the posttraumatic epilepsy.
