摘要
介绍了用改性聚铁结合传统的钙盐沉降法联合PAM处理酸性高氟废水的试验情况,分别介绍了改性聚铁加入量、pH、CaCl2加入量、沉降时间、PAM加入量对除氟效率的影响,在试验确定的最佳条件下可使废水中氟质量浓度降至10mg/L以下,达到国家规定的工业废水的排放标准。按试验确定的工艺处理该类废水,操作简便,易于管理,费用低廉。
A method of treating the acidic fluoridecontaining wastewater with modified and polymerized ferric sulfate, polyacrylamide (PAM)combining with calcium fluoride precipitation is introduced. The quantity of modified and polymerized ferric sulfate , the pH value, the quantity of CaCl2, precipitation time and the quantity of PAM which effect the removal of fluoride have been studied. Under the experimental conditions, the content of fluoride in wastewater can be reduced below 10 mg/L and meets the National Disharge Standard. It is easy to operate and manage and the expense is cheaper under the experimental process of treating this kind of wastewater.
