摘要
交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆采用有机过氧化物交联后会产生一些易挥发的副产物 ,如苯乙酮、α-甲基乙酮等 ,因此造成电缆绝缘的性能不稳定 ,严重时会影响电缆的使用。本文通过电缆绝缘的预热处理试验 ,研究绝缘的失重情况 ,以便求得如何使这些副产物尽可能挥发及逸出 ,从而提高电缆绝缘的稳定性。
The volatile byproducts of the peroxide crosslinking process such as ethyl ketone and αmethyl ketone may cause unsteady insulation properties and even render the cable unusable. The weight loss of the insulation was investigated by the prethermal treatment test in order to expel the byproducts as far as possible and hence improve the reliability of the cable insulation.
