摘要
回顾了高压交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆的生产和应用历史,分析了材料中杂质含量、形状、介电参数、绝缘层与半导电屏蔽层界面光滑程度和电缆制造工艺对电缆性能的影响,从材料和工艺两个方面对高压电缆技术的进展进行了综述,并展望了高压交联电缆绝缘性能提升和技术进步的发展方向。
The history of production and application of HV XLPE cables was reviewed. The influence of the content, shape, and dielectric parameters of impurity in materials, interfacial smoothness between insu-lation layer and semiconductive shielding layer, and manufacturing process on the performance of cables was analyzed. The progress of HV cables technology was reviewed from materials and processes, and the development direction of performance and technology improvement for HV cables was proposed.
