摘要
中国铝业山西分公司热电分厂针对一期C1 2 35 / 1 0型 3号汽轮机轴封漏汽量大、旋转隔板卡涩 ,以及机组纯凝工况运行时 ,第 2压力级后旋转隔板前压力高、机组不能带满负荷等问题进行了分析 ,提出合理的改造方案并在大修中实施 。
Troublesome problems of C12-35/10 type steam turbine No.3 in the first-phase project of thermal power plant under Shanxi Branch Company of China Aluminium Co Ltd, such as large steam leakage from shaft-packing, unsmoothly clogging of rotary diaphragm, high pressure appeared before the rotary diaphragm and after the secondary pressure stage under pure condensing operation, as well as the unit can not be operating under full load etc., have been analysed, the reasonable retrofitting scheme being put forward, and being implemented during major repair, achieving remarkable success.
