摘要
研究了DSP和ML4425组成的高速高效无刷直流电机的数字控制系统及实现电机高精度转速控制的软件锁相环算法。在该系统中,ML4425完成无位置传感器无刷直流电机的换相控制和功率器件的驱动,DSP实现控制算法。采用软件锁相环算法后,转速控制精度可达1 ,并具有较高的效率和可靠性。
A digital control system based on DSP and ML4425 for high speed & high efficiency brushless DC motor is presented, in which the commutation of the sensorless brushless DC motor and the drive of the power module are realized by ML4425 while the speed control algorithm is realized by DSP. The system can be applied to the magnetic suspending flywheel. By means of soft phase lock loop, the speed precision above 1 can be obtained. High efficiency and reliability are proved by experiments.
